WELCOME TO FOUR HORSEMEN TOURNAMENT #13 OVERVIEW

We had 41 players register for Four Horsemen Tournament #13 (4HM T13)! This event set a record for the second largest number of players to sign up since our Tournament #3!

In tournament 13, the Four Horsemen Rules Committee restricted the following cards which were increasingly stifling and warping the format towards control decks: Diamond Valley, Island of Wak-Wak, Mana Drain, Recall, & The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale.
