The Four Horsemen Old School Magic the Gathering 93/94 Players Group Celebrated Winter with a Special Winter Legends Spice Tournament #5!

SPECIAL T5 BANNED & RESTRICTED LIST & CONSTRUCTED "LEGENDS SPICE" RULES

1.) Moat is Frozen Over for the Winter & Banned Along with Karakas, the “Set Hosers”(City in a Botte, Golgothian Cylex & Arena of the Ancients), along with the Prior Banned Cards

2.) The Original 1994 4HM Rules are in effect, which are effectively Revised Rules, with some special exceptions. The Original Legends rule is in effect. Only one legend of the same name can be in play at any one time.

3.) You must have a minimum of at Least 6 Legendary Creatures in your deck during all games, even after side boarding. All Legends are restricted.
-If The Legendary Converted Mana cost = 6 or More, Reduce the Cost by 2 Colorless.
-If The Legendary Converted Mana cost = 5, Reduce the Cost by 1 Colorless.
